We do our best to protect your data, however, because of the way our databases work, and the limitations on how Wix's databases work, most details, other than your login details and columns we mark as personal data, may be visible to other users. To best protect your business, we recommend not putting in personal details in description boxes, or boxes we haven't marked as protected (You'll see a padmark icon next to the field name and "Private" in the text box.) At this time, private fields cannot be edited by staff without full administration privileges, and thus only GMG management can edit them with the exception being your log in details.
